Cancellation Policy
Please notify Theee Illumination Lounge staff about any cancellations, at least 24 hrs before the appointment. If I receive no warning or message regarding your NO SHOW, you will not be able to book with me again. NO CALL/NO SHOW = no future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE If you arrive 15 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment.
